Our first group dinner in Japan was delicious and surprisingly jet-lag free! We sampled traditional dishes like vegetable tempura, tekka don, seaweed salad, sukiyaki, and plenty of fresh sushi.Okay, okay... so we haven't actually left Chicago yet, but the unofficial pre-trip group dinner at Ginza restaurant was a great test run and a good time for those who managed to make it out. Looking forward to the real deal with the whole group soon!
